The app stores only data required to provide its functionality, which may include:
- goals entered by the user
- tasks linked to goals
- daily check-in responses
- timestamps and activity logs
- notification preferences
- basic account information (such as email address)
The app does not store:
- email content from the user’s inbox
- contacts
- unrelated Google account data
Data Use
User data is used only to operate the app.
User data is not sold or used for advertising.
Account Connections
Connecting a Google account is optional.
If enabled, the app accesses only the permissions required for calendar-related features.
All permissions are user-controlled and can be revoked at any time.
Email Notifications
The app may send email notifications to the user if enabled.
Emails are used only for reminders, check-ins, or system notifications.
The app does not send emails on the user’s behalf and does not contact third parties.
AI Functionality
The app uses AI to generate text prompts, summaries, and reminders.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Users decide how to use all AI-generated content.
Deletion Requests
Users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

We may update this policy from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
